CABOODLE CARTRIDGE EXPANDS FRANCHISE IN NEW YORK

New York, NY, September 20th, 2006 - Caboodle Cartridge, the California-based
distributor of remanufactured ink cartridges and toners, today announced franchise
expansion plans into New York City and Long Island, New York.

Caboodle Cartridge New York (CCNY), operated by partners Steve Beiser and Drew
Konop, has purchased the rights to open multiple Caboodle Cartridge franchises, as
well as to sell franchise opportunities to interested parties, in NYC and Long
Island territories. CCNY has set a goal of having 15 Caboodle Cartridge stores open
by the end of 2007 and 50 new franchises by 2010.

"The market for inkjet and laser printer cartridges is exploding, with sales upwards
of $24 billion and growing at an estimated 12 percent a year," said Stephen W.
Beiser, a partner with CCNY. "Until recently, original equipment manufacturers
(OEMs) have dominated the industry and sold ink with such high profit margins that
they are virtually able to give away of their hardware. Caboodle's remanufactured
cartridges and toners provide up to 65% savings and protect the environment by
reducing landfill waste and oil consumption involved in producing a brand new
cartridge."

Caboodle remanufactured toners and cartridges are cleaned, vacuum filled, inspected
for parts needing replacement and tested by trained technicians in a centralized,
controlled facility-not just refilled in the back of a store or farmed out to the
multitude of low quality, low cost internet providers. This ability to control
quality separates Caboodle from refilling or third party competitors and affords
Caboodle franchisees much needed control over inventory and pricing power.
